The master is your approved, high-quality source for delivery. Keeping platform versions connected to that master avoids rebuilding the edit, repeating fixes, or losing track of which file is final. A consistent delivery process makes output reliable for both you and everyone receiving the files.
Before you begin
- Confirm picture, sound, color, captions, and graphics are approved.
- Collect delivery requirements: aspect ratio, resolution, caption treatment, file type, and maximum duration or size.
- Choose a destination folder with enough free storage and a clear project subfolder.

Lock the approved master sequence
A master begins with a known approved timeline. Protect it before creating alternate frames or platform-specific changes.
- Open the final sequence and watch the beginning and end once more.
- Create a checkpoint named Approved master.
- Lock finished tracks or duplicate the approved sequence according to your project workflow.
The timeline shows the approved state and History includes a restore point. No delivery version has replaced the original sequence.
Open Delivery and choose Master
Use the Delivery area to define output without rebuilding the sequence. The Master option preserves the project’s native frame, quality, and approved timing.
- Choose Export or Delivery from the project controls.
- Select Master as the output type.
- Confirm sequence, full duration, frame size, frame rate, audio, and caption choice.
The export panel summarizes the source sequence and output. A preview identifies the exact first and last frame, estimated file size, and destination.

- Determines whether Vynts exports the full sequence or only selected in/out points.
- Captions
- Chooses burned-in captions, a separate caption file, or no captions, depending on delivery needs.
Choose quality settings deliberately
Use the project’s native resolution and frame rate unless delivery instructions require something else. Quality presets keep common choices simple while advanced settings remain available.
- Choose High-quality master or the approved production preset.
- Keep source frame rate to avoid unnecessary motion conversion.
- Select the required codec or file type when a client or platform provides a specification.
- Confirm audio is included at the required quality and channel layout.
The quality summary explains resolution, frame rate, file type, expected size, and audio format in plain language before export begins.
Export and verify the master file
Do not treat a completed progress bar as approval. Open the exported file outside the timeline and verify the actual deliverable.
- Use a clear name such as Project_Title_MASTER_2026-07-21_v01.
- Choose Export master and wait for completion.
- Open the file from the completion message.
- Check start, middle, end, sync, captions, color, audio, and file duration.
Delivery history records the file path and settings. The verified master plays as a standalone file with no missing frames, offline media, or unexpected overlays.
Create platform versions from the master project
Add delivery versions without changing the approved master. Vynts can create connected 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, or 9:16 versions while preserving the original edit as the source of truth.
- Choose Add version in Delivery.
- Select a destination preset or set the required aspect ratio and resolution.
- Let Vynts create a connected version, then review reframing shot by shot.
- Adjust subject position, graphic layout, and any platform-specific opening or ending.
Each version appears under the same delivery set with its own frame preview and status. The master remains unchanged while version-specific overrides stay attached to the derived output.

Review captions and graphics in every frame
A layout that works in landscape can fail in a vertical crop. Review overlays at full speed and at the actual viewing size.
- Check caption line breaks, size, contrast, and bottom safe area.
- Reposition titles, names, logos, and calls to action for the new frame.
- Confirm auto reframe follows the correct person or product through movement.
- Watch the complete version without relying only on thumbnail previews.
Faces, products, captions, and graphics remain visible and balanced in the chosen aspect ratio. No key content sits behind platform interface areas.
Queue, name, and verify every delivery
Export the approved versions as one organized batch. Consistent names make it obvious which file belongs to which platform and approval round.
- Add each approved version to the delivery queue.
- Use names that include project, platform or ratio, caption state, date, and version number.
- Start the queue and review completion or error status for every file.
- Open each exported file and spot-check picture, audio, captions, duration, and file properties before sending.
Delivery history shows one verified master and every derived output with settings, path, status, and export time. Failed items provide a clear reason and retry action.
